3. Booking and Payment

- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total amount) to confirm your reservation.

- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other secure methods agreed upon by both parties.

- Prices are quoted in USD and do not include additional expenses such as personal shopping, optional activities, or international flights.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival: Refund of the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.

- Cancellations made 7-13 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of the deposit.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: No refund of any payments made.

- In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer a rescheduling option or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.

- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) and complying with local laws and regulations.

- You agree to behave in a respectful manner towards our staff and partners during the service period.
